great selection of styles. Only didn't have the style I wanted in my size. Will check again in a few days. Wish I could order it on line.
Old lady with the balding red hair working at the fitting rooms is very rude. She yelled at my son for organizing the toys in the kids section. Also when I was taking some clothes in to the fitting room I wanted to try on some tee shirts from the men's section. She told me those are men's clothes and if I was sure I wanted to take them in even though clearly it's none of her business and when I said yes she laughed at me and said "seriously" . On the way out when I was returning the clothes I didn't want to buy she had the nerve to tell me to put the men's clothes back myself when clearly it was her job because she works both men's AND women's fitting rooms.Literally she told me only.to.give her back the woman's clothes. She made it clear to me that she didn't like the idea of a woman trying on a men's t-shirt and was unprofessional because she has no business interfering with what products customer is purchasing
Sorely disappointed by this location. The store has an old grungy look to it and doesn't come off as clean looking. Their selection is limited in comparison to other Ross stores.
Exclusive dresses with great prices. Staff quite friendly and helpful too.
Items not organized, carts left in front of merchandise. Cashiers/employees are not rude, but not friendly. The registers are too close together, cannot fit a cart down them. This is extremely inconvenient when purchasing multiple larger items. I have found some good deals here, but honestly I only come here because it's close to where I live. Waiting for the new HG to open in Foundry Row.
