I love this place. This is my second time at this location and I will be back. The place looks great and the service has been great both times. I also talked to the general manager about booking a holiday party for my company. She was great. Very informative. I am looking forward to bringing my coworkers in.
I can't tell you the amount of times I have left the establishment in the past two months because I could not get served. I am now at the point where going to this establishment is no longer an option and trust me there are quite a few of "regulars" who share my view and have taken their dollars to other places. Owings Mills need places like this to succeed but given the rapid decline this place will not be around long.
Great place with a great atmosphere! Awesome drinks and good munchie food. The staff is friendly and try to do what they can to please. I love Bar Louie! Also they have a live band on Saturdays which adds to the ambiance.
With respect to the cleanliness, the men's bathroom has on quite a few occasions had odors coming out of it and not any paper towels. If you look at the floors in the place it just does not seem as clean as it used to be.. Hopefully these comments will be taken seriously and the appropriate corrective actions will be made. Just my two cents and good luck because we do need you to succeed or hopefully the Foundry Centre will provide some healthy competition and lease some space to another eating and drinking establishment if that is possible given potential lease non compete clauses.
I go into this location about 2-3 times a month with my co workers for happy hour. This place is great! They have great specials. They also do their happy hour late at night certain days of the week. I definitely recommend this location.
I am not one that does not usually posts reviews on my much of anything but this time I am making an exception because I would hate to see this establishment fail. But given its recent decline in service the owners should know that there are quite a few people including myself that do not see this as a place they want to patronize. That is a shame because there are not a lot of options in the Owings Mills area. The service and cleanliness of the place has deteriorated in the last 3 months. I don't know if it is because there appears to be a huge turnover of the staff, especially the bartenders and/or it is not properly staffed to handle large crowds especially during happy hours or special events like the summer concert series. I used to really appreciate the level of service that was provided by some of the bartenders that are no longer there.
Probably the "fanciest" bar I've been to. For example, the boneless wings are not the usual they're actually kinda bite size with cilantro sprinkled on top. Happy hour is the best time to go! Food and drinks were delicious & our bartender Keith was cool as hell. It was my first time, most likely will be back for one of those parties.
